Dear God,
It is a good thing I had a PT session scheduled with Jen today. It would be really easy to get lazy now that I am back home and not out walking and exploring a city this week. But two hours with Jen is keeping me going on the right path that I recommitted to before leaving on vacation August 20. My walking report from my pedometer follows:

Good stuff but already my first day home shows reduction in movement. Looks like I will have to maintain a two hour workout schedule to hit my targets.
The day has been quiet and I have mostly worked on email and mail catching up. Delivered a box of pralines to MB today and we visited for about an hour. After that, I had an early dinner and going to bed early – can’t seem to keep my eyes open!
